Too weird

So I'm watching TLC and this program comes on about a couple who are married and have two kids. One day the husband dresses up as a woman for Halloween and his wife notices he's too comfortable being a woman. The topic comes up and eventually he becomes a she, takes the hormones the whole she-bang.


I'm like okay this is too weird. I'd like to think of myself as a pretty excepting person but I do not think I could handle my husband wanting to be a woman, let alone wearing make up and having his man parts removed. I'd not stop loving him but I do not think I could stay in a relationship with him and I'd seriously question, what it would do to Ethan. I mean there six year old was explaining "Trans gendered" to the interviewer.

Shay I am totally there with you, I think I have seen that show. I mean yeah the kid is explaining but wait till he truly understands what's going on. Can we say they will have a high therapy bill lol.

Shay you are not horrible for having your own views. I can't imagine how hard that must have been and probably even still is on his family. But they love him and except him or should I say her for the person she is. Whatever, I jus hope and pray that I never have to be faced with that situation. I really couldn't ever see my dh wanting to be a woman. Getting ready to have 3 girls in the house makes him want to go crazy as it is.

Okay, I just have to say...I have never and will never understand this. That man was born a man, not a woman. It's gross enough to dress as a woman, but then to go as far as changing his sex and putting his family and kids through it!! HOW GROSS!!

No, I couldn't deal w/ it. One, physically just NO. And Two, I'm enough drama for myself, I don't need DH taking hormones to make him act like me. NO THANK YOU!
