Found something interesting:

Once the HCG levels are above 1000-1500 IU, vaginal sonography usually identifies the presence of an intrauterine pregnancy. At that point an ectopic pregnancy is effectively ruled out.

That's good to know, phew.

According to beta base the mean HCG level at 14dpo for a singleton would be around 100 (although the highest ever reported is 2088), The mean for twins is around 201 (with the highest ever reported being 945), and triplets mean level is 265 (highest reported being 1157).

So ya, I would say your BETA is pretty high! How many dpo were you do you think when you had the BETA done?

Hmm, you did state that you're over 30 so you know that alone increases your chances of twins, right?

It was done at 17 DPO (4 weeks 3 days).

I don't think it is twins, and I hope it isn't. But at least it shows a good amount of hCG and hopefully a good strong pregnancy.
