How do I know?

Hi there,
Maybe this is TMI, but hey, I've seen how many postings have started with exactly those words, so here goes:
How can I tell if I have EWCM or if it's just left overs from BD? They have some similar characteristics.

mostly about cervix but it does mention about CM.
