Question CoQ10 and TTC?

Has anyone found any supporting evidence for the hubs taking this while TTC?? DH has become serious about his health lately, so I should be able to get hom to take it purely because it supports cardiovascular health and metabolism... but does anyone have any info on what it does for the swimmers??

I think it helps their motility. DH has been taking it for a while. I don't know if it's making a difference or not for us. I know Serenity is super excitable about CoQ10.

AM - Yes, there is supporting research to indicate the the daily consumption of CoQ10 increases the overall motility of the little swimmers. Knowing that it can take up to 3 months for the full potential to be seen, my DH's motility went from 45% to 79% after only 6 weeks.

In addition to CoQ10, which I , I've been doing some research into L-Carnitine for supporting maturity, morphology & motility of the little guys. The research into the effects of L-Carnitine are in the early stages, but the preliminary results look promising.

Oops, I misspoke...motility increased from 45% to 74%. Silly me...
