Oh heck yes! I was 11 when I found out the truth and I was CRUSHED!
My brother just stopped believing before Christmas last year (he was 10) and it hurt me just as much as when I realized.

My children better believe until they're 73

See, I never did. My mother tried, really. But I was just like, really? I remember asking her if he was real, just to be sure, when I was four. She was like "Of course!" but something about it wasn't convincing and that was 100% the end of it. But I never really did before that, either. DH and I were just talking about our kids and Santa and of course I want to do the whole Santa thing, but I honestly always thought kids just played along to humor their parents. He cleared up that misconception for me.

Yes, I did. Up until my older brother told me he wasn't when I was around 6.

I think the last year I believed was the Christmas I was 10. I had some doubt before then because of my older brother and friends that would tell me he wasn't real. So I would say I started doubting at around 8 but still had hope he was real until after I turned 10. My oldest child was around 10 when he realized Santa was not real because a stupid teacher took it upon herself to inform the class that Santa was fake. My 2nd child believed until he was 10 and then I told him the truth because he was already having doubts and was getting older so I did not want him to think I was lying to him when he found out the truth. Of course my toddler is too young to even understand about Santa, so we will see if/how long she believes

Oh yeah I did. I started getting the idea that he wasn't real around 7, but kinda felt unsure and "had" to believe another couple of years, just in case lol. But my parents did a lot. "Santa" brought our big gifts every year and even wrote us letters back and left them by the tree.

I did! Our parents went all out, it was hard not to buy into it. But I started to question it around 6, and when I asked they begrudgingly told me the truth. For some reason I didn't realize that they were also the tooth fairy/Easter bunny. I don't remember when I realized the Easter bunny wasn't real (may have even been before Santa) but I was crushed when I realized the tooth fairy wasn't real, when I was around 8 and found all my teeth (ew, mom). Haha
