I spoke too soon. Last night was great. All day today was great. But, from dinnertime on he was a beast! Took a long time to get him down for the night and he started in the crib but ended up back in the rock n play. Ya win some ya lose some...

Could he be working on more teeth this soon? His sleep is getting worse and now the naps are getting bad too. More teeth or escalating regression? He'll be 5 months next week.

It could be both? Or neither? My guess if he's been happy and content during the day, that it's not teeth. Sounds like a combo of sleep regression and maybe a wonder week?

I swear by amber teething necklaces. I was skeptical until I actually tried them. Neither of my kids really had any problems with teething when they wore them. My youngest still wears hers.

Is there a wonder week or leap around 20?

Chart is showing a "stormy period" between weeks 15-19.5, so yes! Then another beginning at 22.5 weeks.

My guy seems to be typically ahead of the game so maybe it's the 22.5 coming 2 weeks early. Even more so than the terrible sleep bothering me, I EP and these extra wake ups and wanting to eat are totally killing my stash. Between stress and lack of sleep, my supply is down. Some days I make just enough, others I'm 1-2 feeds short and have to steal from the freezer. I haven't been able to put any away in almost a month.
