babies sleep and deployment

I was hoping to get some advice on helping my 2 DD sleep better when daddy is gone. Daddy is in the navy and will be gone for a week training. the last time he was TAD my then 4 mo old woke every hour for 2 weeks and then every 2 or 3 hours there after until he got home. so this time i would LOVE to be able to put them to sleep and be able to sleep peacefully. any advice would be great. I have a 2 1/2 (will be 3 in feb) and a 10 mo old
