Quick and healthy pizza dough.

Easy Pizza dough

2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat
1 cup warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 tsp sugar or honey
1 tsp salt
olive oil

Mix water, yeast, sugar and salt. Add flour a little at a time. Knead into a ball. Let dough rest for about 20 min. During this time you can prepare your toppings. Brush a cookie sheet with olive oil. Roll dough onto cookie sheet forming a crust at the edges. Brush dough with olive oil and add our favourite sauce and toppings. Bake for about 20 min at 375F.

You can make two small pizzas or one big one using this recipe.
