I lived egg, soy and cow's milk dairy free for a year. Thankfully I could have water and replaced each egg with 1 tablespoon of water and 1 of Canola oil.

We can live perfectly healthy lives without eggs. They are nice to have around though.

She is not allergic to drinking it lol...it was kind of an inside joke I am sorry. She is allergic to so much stuff (potato/wheat/egg/casein/whey/oranges/green grapes and some other stuff also). She has had a reaction to certain water when it touches her skin and we have to read all labels even soaps and shampoos now. SO we joke that she is basically allergic to everything including water and air.

Casin and whey - it's so annoying when food labels are so confusing. It was my first big push into getting away from packaged food.

I hear you I bought a shampoo the boys have trouble breathing turns out it has soy in it.

As for the article I know many people who believe we would all be healthier if we didn't eat any animal products - one I know won't even eat honey because it's produced by bees.

I won't live with them now that I don't have to. Cheap protein and E loves them.
