Have to look through some of my stuff this is just one we make a lot lol oh and instead of cooking the squash in the oven I cut it in half de-seed it put half (cut up) in microwave safe dish fill bottom with water put top half of squash on and cook for 20min then use a fork to get squash out (it's going to be very hot be careful)

Oh yay! Tell me this is a sticky thread!

My totally awesome white bread recipe:

1 1/2 C. Warm water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. honey (can substitute with white sugar)
4 C. All purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. active dry yeast

For bread machine:
put in water olive oil and honey follow with flour and salt and top with yeast.
set the machine to the dough setting and let it do its thing.
when the machine has finished pull the dough out onto an oiled surface (it does not take much oil at all)
cut dough in half and press each half into a rectangle that is about 1" thick 10" wide by 12" long.
roll the dough to form a log and press seams to seal them.
place logs into UNGREASED bread pans, cover, and let rise for 40 mins.
split the tops if desired and bake at 400 F for 18-20 mins remove from pans immediately and cool on a rack.

For 'old timey' bread making:
in a large bowl stir together water, honey, and yeast then let stand for 10 mins. The mixture should appear frothy.
Add to this mixture oil, salt, and 2 C. of flour. Stir in the remaining flour 1/2 C. at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
lightly oil a large bowl place the dough in and turn to coat.
Cover and let rise until doubled in volume, punch down (btw bread making in the old fashioned way is AWESOME for aggression release!)
Form into loaves as above.
once in pans cover and let rise for 40 mins.
split tops if desired and bake as above.

It is far easier to use the bread machine to make this bread, and takes less time in my experience, but the satisfaction of punching the dough down is sometimes a GREAT release.

Crock pot BBQ Chicken

3 large boneless chicken breast (or tenders)
1 Can of Cream of Chicken
1 bottle of your fave BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)

Let it cook all day or about 6 hours or so. Shred really well and serve on dinner rolls. We always use the potatoe rolls.
