i usually don't but that was good stuff. and my potato salad loving man ate it like mad also!

strawberry buttermilk smoothie

5 large strawberries diced and frozen (so that the chunks don't kill the blender)
1 C. cultured buttermilk (sounds yucky but trust me on this.)
1Tbsp-1/4C. sugar (this is as little or as much as you like/ the strawberries need)
1/2tsp. each almond and vanilla extracts.

Toss all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. If it gets too think add more buttermilk

Chocolate chip cookie cream cheese brownie ***uh can we say yum?!***

Ingredients:
2 Rolls Nestle’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
16 oz cream cheese softened
cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Slice one dough roll and cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
With mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
Pour over cookie dough then slice 2nd roll of dough and place on top of cream cheese mixture
Back for 35 minutes at 350o
DO NOT OVERBAKE
