Good luck with the cups.
FYI - On another board I read they discourage using them, because you can't guarantee you're scooping up all the goods. Some women who tried them without being experienced using them found that even with the cup in, they still had some babyjuice leaking out when they stood, so they basically formed a barrier so the sperm couldn't get in.
Also, introducing anything foreign into the vaj can cause pH issues, which little spermies don't like so much.
Just some thoughts. I'd try the hip prop marinade method before cups.

Sorry you had a rough night Nicole.
Football game today, and our chances against the Vikings are very minimal. At least I have Favre as my fantasy QB.
Working some more on my advent calendar today. Hopefully getting all my cookies baked so I can send them out tomorrow for the cookie swap.
I saw the cutest baking molds yesterday at Joann's. Tiny snowflakes, mini gingerbread men and mini trees. I could have bought them all, but they were $7.50 each and I already spent $70 on the goodies for my advent calendar and I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Seriously though, how cute would snowflake shaped macaroons be??
Hope everyone had a good weekend, and that the peeps from the US are looking forward to a four day weekend!

Still trying to figure out what cookie recipe I'm going to use tomorrow. I think I know, but I need to nail it down tonight so I know how much I need to set out in the morning.
Sadly, I don't get a 4-day weekend. In fact, I get off work at 7am Turkey Day and go back to work at 3pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday afternoons. Our family dinner will be about noon Friday.
Also trying to figure out what cookies I'm going to make the in-laws. FIL is allergic to all red dyes and all nuts except peanuts.
I've sneezed 8 times in the last minute and my throat is starting to hurt >.<

I've finalized my list! My taste tester will be getting Snickerdoodles, Kitchen Sink cookies (chocolate chips, coconut, toffee chips and oats), banana walnut chocolate chip cookies, and macaroons (chocolate dipped if DH has his way).
Wish I had time to sew.

Speaking of craftiness, I need to get off TMP, go to my Netflix account and put on some stand up comedy while I work on crocheting some of my nephews Christmas pressies, as well as my MIL & SIL's coasters. Since I'm at work now, I can hit pause on the videos and not lose my place in my crocheting
*sigh* just not enough time in the day.

Oh good lord don't say that the reason I'm stuck working the afternoon/evening shift at the motel is because my boss doesn't trust the other woman who works this shift on weekdays to do it right when we're busy.
The other woman is like, 72, which is fine, but I wish she'd retire or quit because she causes way too many problems and screws up constantly (she's worked here over 3 years now, and gets yelled at at least once a week by our boss). And if she did retire or quit, I could get all 5 of my shifts to the afternoon so I wouldn't have to work night shift anymore and DH & I could actually work it so we have our days off together again. Plus it'd give us more nights to

That would be so nice. DH and I had different schedules for two years, he had school in the day, and worked nights and weekends. Then when he graduated the hospital he worked at reworked their shifts, and he got 4:30-9:30. I worked 7a-3p. He got two weeknights off a week and worked 12p-8p weekends. It sucked so bad.
We work pretty close now. He's 7-5:30 4x a week, with weekends and holidays always off, and I work 7:30-3p five days a week, weekends and holidays off. It's such a relief. I got so tired of being without him.
Banana Walnut Chocolate cookies are done. Onto the Snickerdoodles!

Yeah, DH works 4pm to 1am, and my afternoon shifts start at 3ppm and I get off at 11pm, and since I'm the one who picks him up from work when I'm not on night shift, working all afternoons would be easiest on me, and we'd get to spend the most time together then. Right now, his days off are the nights that I work night shift, so we rarely get a date night anymore.
Ahh well. Yeaaaaah. I haven't pulled out the yarn. I'm so uninspired right now.
