Founded by the International Council of Nurses in 1965, and marking the birth of Florence Nightingale, May 12th is celebrated as International Nurses Day.
Each year the ICN provides free educational materials to nurses, each with a unique theme. This years theme is: “Delivering Quality, Serving Communities: Nurses Leading Care Innovations”.
