My name is Jennifer. I am one of the Super Moderators in TMP and I blog. I am divorced and now in a committed same sex relationship with my long term best friend and partner. I am part of a non traditional family that includes my partner, our friends and my two boys. I live with a condition called Rheumatoid Arthritis and I strive everyday to be the best and most active mother I can be for my children. I don't always succeed but I try.
